SHIPPING POLICY
At dkisnerbydesign, every product is created with intention, printed on demand, and crafted just for you. This made‑to‑order approach allows us to offer expressive, art‑driven pieces without mass production or waste.

Production Time
• Most items are created within 2–5 business days
• Seasonal or holiday periods may require additional time

Shipping Time
• US orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after production
• International orders vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days
• Weather, customs, or carrier delays are possible

Shipping Costs
• Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and item type

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your address at checkout. Shipments returned or lost due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order shows as delivered but is not found, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or other residents
  2. Look near mailboxes, porches, and delivery points
  3. Contact the carrier

If the carrier cannot locate the package, email me at your email and I will assist in finding a resolution.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At dkisnerbydesign, every item is made to order. To maintain the quality of our creative process, we accept returns only in the following situations:

Eligible Returns
• The item arrives damaged
• The print or construction is defective
• The wrong item is delivered

If any of the above occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We are happy to replace the item or issue a refund.

Not Eligible for Return
Because our products are custom‑made individually for each customer, we cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Buyer’s remorse or personal preference

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Each item at dkisnerbydesign is custom‑made when ordered. Please review your selections carefully, as returns for buyer’s remorse are not available. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
